Are you Stressed?: Come to FIESTA! | ¿Estas estresad@?: ¡Ven a FIESTA!

FIESTA is a transformative 10-session curriculum designed to explore the various aspects of stress related to migration and being a Latino immigrant in Chicago. The program will be led by community health workers to help Latina immigrant mothers and their teens. This program will delve into the ways stress can impact our daily lives, as well as our interactions within our families and communities.

What is FIESTA? | Qué es FIESTA?

FIESTA stands for “Familias Inmigrantes Empoderándose contra Estrés Tomando Acción”.  Through this curriculum, we aim to create a safe and supportive space for mothers and their teens to share their experiences and gain a deeper understanding of the challenges and strengths that come with the immigrant journey.
